　　属于装运合同的术语是什么?

　　贸易术语FCA、FAS、FOB、CFR、CIF、CPT、CIP是装运合同。EXW、DDU、DDP、DES、DEQ、DAF属于货到合同。

　　装运合同，即只保证货物按时装运，不保证货物按时到达。交货方在装运港或装运地只要将货物装上船或交给承运人监管，就完成了交货义务，此时装运就等于交货，交货时间即为装运时间，这样的合同就称为装运合同。
